An Equipment Rental Company in Manor, Texas is looking for YOU!
Part-Time Office Administrative Role - NOT REMOTE - This is an IN-OFFICE ROLE
Must be able to work the below:
- Monday - Friday with the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Comfortable with Data Entry, Excel, and other software.
- Comfortable with accounting principles as you will work on A/P and A/R
- Process work orders and purchase orders
- Process rental paperwork and ordering parts
- Answer phones
- Needs to be flexible
- Previous Rental Industry experience is ideal but not neccessary
