Job Description
Fortune 1000 company specializing in engineering, construction, and management services has a direct hire opening for a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide onsite support for a Richmond, KY project. Relocation assistance is offered for non-local candidates.

The Sr. Electrical Engineer will be an individual contributor working engineer. Will complete various challenging engineering assignments. This may include CAE/CAD applications.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings.
- Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys,
and designs.
- Field support to construction including interfacing with craft to determine corrective
actions to field constructability issues is expected.
- Prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Reviews supplier drawing submittals and performs technical bid analyses.
- Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- May be required to provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as
appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and
ordinances.

Mandatory Experience/Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Engineering (or related field) and 8 plus years of related work
experience.
- Kentucky Professional Engineer registration or Professional Engineer license from
another state is required.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with
engineering is required.
- Project Software: Microsoft Office Suite, ETAP, Microstation, EERaceway, AGI32
lighting, and AutoEDMS 6.5.

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Project may require Chemical Personnel Reliability Program (CPRP) and Unescorted
Access Program (UAP) access via government security investigation and physical
requirements.
- Must be willing to wear M-40 Mask.
- PPE may be required, including passing respirator fit test and pulmonary function
test.
