Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the communication needs of students in a K-12 educational setting. Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans
• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students' speech and language abilities
• Provide direct speech and language services to students in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans

Requirements:

• SLPA Certification or License in the state of Missouri
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with students to achieve their speech and language goals
