Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 24/25 school year. This is a contract position offering both full and part-time opportunities in the dynamic educational environment of Missouri (MO). The selected SLP will have the chance to work with students across various grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade, based on their preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
• Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute insights and goals for student success.
• Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid SLP license in the state of Missouri (MO).
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 students, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential through speech and language therapy.
