HH Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Naples area.
This is a temporary work opportunity being offered through our staffing agency. Some positions can become permanent for the right individual.
Work schedule is full time – 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
The Maintenance Technician performs general repairs and maintenance, punches, and turns within the apartments. The Maintenance Technician also prepares units for rental, cleans the grounds, and any other task assigned to meet property standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have experience in the apartment industry or excellent handyman skills
- HVAC EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
