Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and Growth: Engage with potential and existing customers using a consultative sales approach to understand their needs, present and sell NEXUS products and services, and build a robust sales pipeline. Close deals that expand our reach and demonstrate our unique value proposition in global communications.
  • Customer Engagement and Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining trust. Set follow-up appointments and create compelling sales materials to keep customers informed and engaged with our latest developments.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop mastery of NEXUS products and services to provide insights that challenge client perspectives. Forge strong relationships based on trust and respect, influence client decisions, and tailor strategies to different buyer motives during complex negotiations.
  • Achieve Performance Goals: Proactively reach and exceed sales targets by the deadline, demonstrating effective planning and execution of sales strategies.

  • Adaptive and Strategic Communication: Tailor your communication style to meet the needs of different stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and active listening to ensure alignment. Use evidence-based selling through storytelling along with consultative selling to engage and persuade compellingly across various platforms.
  • Resilience and Problem Solving: Demonstrate tenacity and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection. Approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, anticipating challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Effective Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to focus on activities that drive the most value for both the client and NEXUS, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Marketing and Analytical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies across web, social media, and traditional channels. Utilize analytical skills to inform effective sales strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Technological Proficiency: Adept at using modern technology and digital tools to enhance productivity in sales. Familiarity with the Shopify platform is a huge plus, facilitating quicker integration into our sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM platforms to efficiently track customer interactions and analyze sales data.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build rapport with clients, fostering relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and its clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Deadline and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
