This is a unique opportunity for the right person. You will need the experience to take and pass the CMC-A exam on behalf of the business – we’ll pay all exam fees and prep courses needed. Serving as our Qualified Agent will help you make much more than market wages, we are willing to invest in the right individual.

Then we’ll launch and quickly grow the location, with opportunities for bonuses, commission, profit sharing, etc. Maybe you’ll move into management or run a crew, or maybe you’ll just enjoy working in the field, helping customers, and being well compensated for doing it.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures based on job requirements
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and functionality of plumbing systems
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions

Experience:

• 3 Years or more proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use power tools and other equipment relevant to the trade
• Experience in remodeling projects is a plus

Skills:

• Proficient in various plumbing techniques, including soldering, welding, and pipe threading
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other team members
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

License/Certification:

· LLP or similar experience, ability to take CMC-A exam

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Franklin, TN 37067
