Your Impact:

  • Providing transformational coaching and case management experiences for employees to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities, and connect with personal and professional resources.
  • Supporting employees in activities designed to gain self-awareness, develop goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential and become high-performing team players.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including managers and Human Resources, to ensure a positive systemic impact is accomplished through the Employee Development Program and employee coaching process.
  • Promoting the transformation coaching and case management initiatives set for employees and track the success of these initiatives.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized employment evaluation (IEE) by establishing appropriate goals and objectives for associates, assessing for job readiness, education and training needs, and support needs.
  • Partnering with Training Specialist to develop and implement an array of courses designed to teach and reinforce hard and soft employability skills.
  • Accurately completing and submitting timely evaluations, as well as maintaining accurate progress reports, based on employee development goals.
  • Providing guidance and support in the areas of career exploration, and awareness of community resources, that lead to outplacement activities.
  • Partnering with program leadership to review challenges, and opportunities, and develop action steps holistically and regularly for growth and development, for all associates.
  • Managing a comprehensive resource network to effectively connect employees with both internal and external support.
  • Representing our culture through learning and development on behalf of our employees

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or closely related field
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated effectiveness in case management, workforce development, coaching/mentoring, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and independent transportation. This position requires travel to our 4 federal contract sites: two in Savannah, one in Hinesville and one in Brunswick. You will be expected to be on site at least one day per week at each location.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different leaning and communication styles so we ensure everyone has equal access to information.
  • Ability to work efficiently with people in a facilitating manner with an open mind
  • Team player, who leverages the skills and abilities of others to achieve success.
