Responsibilities:

1. Perform diagnostic tests to evaluate lung function.
2. Administer respiratory treatments and medications as prescribed.
3. Monitor patient's respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly.
4. Respond to emergency situations such as cardiac arrests or respiratory distress.
5. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
2. Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
3. BLS and ACLS certifications.
4. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
