Your responsibilities in this role
- Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
- Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Adeptness in research- Hands-on experience with video
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workstation Support
- Operating System experience desired
- Knowledge of documentation
- Compensation Administration experience required
- Practical knowledge of English Language
- Previous experience working with Spanish Language
- Experience with Maintain Logs
- Comprehension of CRM
- Foundational knowledge in Policy
- Prior experience with Specification
- General familiarity with Troubleshoot
- Protocols experience preferred
- Consumer Electronics experience highly valued
- Strong familiarity with Technical Support
- Good understanding of Deskside Support
- Customer service experience
- Foundational knowledge in Interpersonal Skills
- Background working with travel
- Earlier work involving Financial Notes
- Digital experience highly preferred
- Proficiency experience highly desired
- Answering Inbound Calls experience highly desired
- Deep understanding of Windows OS
- Desktop support or related experience
- Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
