Hello! My wife and I have 3 children underage of 5 years. Our eldest child goes to pre-school. Our 22-month-old and 6-week-old are at home. I mostly work from home, and my wife works at home.
We are looking for an experienced house-manager/nanny who is great at engaging with and addressing kids' needs, and managing the house as needed (including light housekeeping, cooking/meal-prep, tidying/organizing).
