ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently provide excellent customer service in accordance with The State Bank's service standards through all forms of communication.

ITM Specialists assist customers over an Interactive Video Teller Machine with account transactions and general account maintenance.

Delivers concise and energetic customer interactions with professional demeanor to connect with customers.

Performs transactions for customers within established guidelines for quality and accuracy. Follows applicable internal policies and regulations. Demonstrates a solid understanding of fraud and other risks associated with ITM transactions.

Cross-sells other products and services whenever possible and refers business to other areas of the Bank.

Follow Teller Cash Control as directed by Balancing Cash Procedures.

Participates in the sales and service team culture including achieving individual goals.

Works within prescribed service standards for ITM transactions including meeting transaction time goals and service standards.

May on occasion, operate a traditional teller window cash window as assigned.

Use good reasoning and organizational skills.

Stand/sit for several hours in a row.

Regularly exert significant physical exertion to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, twist and reach.

Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.

Regularly drive, stand, walk and use hands to handle, finger or feel objects, tools or controls.

Use knowledge in operating and maintaining various types of equipment.

Follow instructions and safety policies.

Regular and predictable attendance and presence at work.

Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conferences.

Ability to effectively perform responsibilities under a high level of stress.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Effective time management.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, associates, and vendors.

Clear communication.

Possesses superior communication and interpersonal skills to communicate via the Video channel.

Possesses analytical skills to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service issues in an independent setting.

Possesses the ability to perform within a multi-functional technical environment.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

REGULATION TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Successful completion of all assigned training.
