Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Immediate Opening
We have an immediate opening for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Madison, AL. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students for the remainder of the school year, throughout the summer, and into the new school year. The selected candidate will receive petitive weekly pay, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits. No interview is required for this position; applicants must be licensed and up to date. Supervision will be provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to support students' individualized needs.
- Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy sessions with students.
- Collect data on student progress and behavior observations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior plans.
- Attend supervision meetings with the BCBA to review progress and receive guidance.
Requirements:
- Active licensure as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Up-to-date certification and pliance with RBT requirements.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
pensation:
