About the Role: As an Office Receptionist at Style Netbox, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. You'll greet guests with a warm welcome, answer inquiries, and ensure that the office runs smoothly. This role is crucial in creating a positive impression of our company and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
  • Receive and sort mail and packages, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and place orders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
