Compensation of up to $19/hour+ Spiffs + Bonuses for highly motivated HVAC Apprentices.

Our apprenticeship program allows for further continuous education while providing the on-the-job experience needed to qualify apprentices, molding their skills to join us as lead technicians upon completion of their apprenticeship.

Applicant Requirements:

HVAC Technical School preferred but not required
High School Degree Required
Mechanically Inclined Personality
Ability to perform daily job tasks
Heavy interest/motivation to develop into a lead technician
Valid drivers license
EPA Refrigerant Certification (Path to completion provided, if not already completed)
Computer skills are required (Digital training programs, and etc. will be used)
Obtain basic hand tools needed for job duties (will be given a tool list to work towards completing throughout apprenticeship)
