Title: Office Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Part Time

Schedule: 4 days a week, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on Saturday operations.

Availability: Flexible scheduling is available. Candidates must be available during the following core hours:

• Weekdays: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
  
• Saturdays: 7:30 AM until close

Position Summary: Office Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

Seeking a vibrant and warm individual to join our team!

• Support customers through phone and email, relaying information.
  
• Answering phone calls
  
• Organizing and distributing paperwork in the office
  
• Adhering to safety procedures
  
• General clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, imaging/scanning, filing
  

- Reception experience.
- Software skills (Microsoft Office suite)
