Job Description

The Thompson Automotive Group is looking to add a Cadillac and Genesis Concierge/Valet Driver to run the valet division of our service center. This position will include organizing pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles, keeping loaner vehicles organized for these customers and providing the customers with updates of their vehicle while in our care. This position is available for both full or part-time opportunities.

In this role, you will be the link between the customer, their vehicle and our service center. You will assist the customer with receiving service on their vehicle by providing pick-up and delivery service.

Responsibilities

  • Organize pick-up, delivery and loaner options with customers looking to receive service
  • Provide the customers with updates on their vehicle while it is in our service center
  • Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Log all activity in a CRM
  • Make outbound calls to service customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in luxury retail
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
