Our client in Eastlake has an immediate need for Property Maintenance Techs.  This is a Full Time, Temp to Hire opportunity with a great company.  Company vehicle will be provided for traveling to job sites each day.  #COH

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform General Repairs such as Plumbing, Electrical, etc.  Respond to and execute maintenance requests for residents via electronic work order system.  Ability to be flexible throughout the workday for priority calls.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• The right candidate will have their own hand tools
• Must have some experience in property maintenance, construction, i.e. mechanically inclined and able to perform repairs.
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be a good communicator with solid customer service abilities at all times
