Kelly is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our client, a successful distribution company, on a temporary basis for about 6 months with potential to get hired on!
The Administrative Assistant will support key stakeholders in various departments with a multitude of clerical duties as the company embarks on a system conversion that requires delegation of tasks in order to focus on the project. These tasks include:

- Data entry
- Order entry
- Order building
- Special projects

- Relevant administrative support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn various tasks and processes quickly
- Keen attention to detail while multitasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid prioritization and organizational skills
