Up to $19/hr | Security Guard | Night Shift! - Full-time

Position: Security Guard 

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $17/hr to $19/hr (depending on experience)

Experience: Related experience desired  

Education: High school diploma or GED; Guard License Card required

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.; Sunday, 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.; Monday, 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Security Guard to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Resolve client issues and concerns
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers & guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Receive, store, organize, or deliver luggage, mail, or other goods according
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPPA
• Apply security procedures with diplomacy and optimize safety
• Operate technology systems
• Respond to building emergencies; conducts initial assessment, determines/takes action as required
• Make reservations and book entertainment as needed
• Communicate with guests and residents in a highly professional manner
• Conducts security rounds ensuring areas are safe and secured
• Assists with maintaining common areas and managing the front desk after hours
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
