HR Generalist: $25-$30 HR

This is a 3-4 month Contract Position
Duties:
- · Coordinate all files and receipts related to all new hire materials from the recruiter and new employees
- · Conduct initial Criminal History Checks on all new hires
- · Coordinate start dates. Communicate with new hires
- · Monitor HR compliance issues including completion of I-9s
- · Have a working knowledge policies and procedures
- · Provide support to HR Manager in resolution of basic employee relations issues.
- · Supports learning and development initiatives as needed
- · Supports HR team in engaging in proactive communication with managers and employees
