We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a driven and innovative professional with a background in Injection Molding, Automation Projects, and PLC Programming. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and profitability.

Job Details



Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes using principles of injection molding.
2. Lead and manage automation projects to improve productivity and reduce costs.
3. Program PLCs to control machinery and processes, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
5. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
7. Assist in the development of plant layouts, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, systems, and equipment.
9. Train and mentor junior staff in manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company's manufacturing processes remain competitive.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience in Injection Molding Engineering, Automation Projects, and PLC Programming.
4. Strong technical skills, including proficiency with CAD software and MS Office Suite.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions based on sound judgement.
9. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
11. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
