We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a dynamic work environment. This unique 7 on/7 off schedule offers a balanced work-life rhythm, allowing you ample time off to enjoy personal pursuits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications, ensuring precise adherence to dispensing instructions from healthcare providers.
  • Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
  • Monitor patient medication therapy and compliance for safety and efficacy.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and outcomes.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory and participate in medication therapy management (MTM).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all pharmacy operations.
  • Handle and resolve medication-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practice, new drugs, and clinical services to provide the highest quality of care.

Shift:

  • Third shift: 8:00pm - 7:00am
  • 7 on 7 off.

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • Pennsylvania Pharmacy license.
