Job Title: HR Product Analyst
Location:Charlotte, NC
Pay - $40-45hr DOE
Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:
As an HR Product Analyst in this contract role for our Fortune 500 banking client, you will engage in high-level strategic consultations and provide innovative business and technical solutions across various platforms and systems.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the evolution of the HR Portfolio in partnership with leadership teams, integrating business needs with technological enhancements.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of user acceptance testing, documenting essential test cases and scenarios.
• Manage system administration for HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Facilitate high-impact workshops and discussions to capture detailed business requirements and achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive the analysis and integration of complex business processes with technology solutions, maintaining alignment with global business strategies.

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, particularly in settings requiring multiple integrations.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with proven ability to navigate and integrate business and technical environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading workshops and managing comprehensive projects across functional teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively under pressure.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or a regulated industry is preferred.
