Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking Clinical Support to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Fulfill staffing vacancies and schedule nursing staff using software system
• Review requests for PTO/vacation and assist with leaves of absence
• Perform general office duties and maintain confidentiality
• Assist with new admissions and medical record management
• Ensure resident belongings inventory is updated annually
• Audit resident documents and assist with lab requisitions
• Monitor nursing supplies for expirations and report broken equipment
• Practice infection control procedures
• Assist with visitor check-in and appointment scheduling
• Support inventory management and supply ordering as needed

Position Requirements: 

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software applications
• Strong interpersonal communications skills verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated use of team approach in the work environment
• Proficiency in multi-tasking with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
