Major Primary Duties:

  • Support Accounting functions by providing full cycle accounting and focused reporting for US and Mexico.
  • Perform monthly closing for financial entities
  • Preparation of all financial statements for both the US and Mexico locations
  • Perform monthly account analysis and inter-company account reconciliations.
  • Assist in compiling information for Federal and State Tax filings and Surveys.
  • Assist in compiling information for Internal and External Audits.
  • Preparing and booking journal entries.
  • Key contact with parent company – fill all questions and requests for information and reports
  • Handling filing of surveys from government agencies.
  • Ad hoc reports and analysis as necessary to support management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies (optional):

  • B.A. in Accounting or an equivalent
  • and 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethics with an attention to detail.
