Join our dynamic team in Hollywood, FL, as a Store Manager for a well-known quick-service restaurant brand! As the leader of our retail operations, you'll oversee all aspects of the store's functions, from customer service to financial reporting.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Objectives:

• Plan and lead the retail operations, including leasehold and equipment maintenance, marketing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all franchise operating systems and provide hands-on training and support to staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Master all menu items and prepare orders to meet customer needs.
2. Manage register procedures, including transactions and connectivity.
3. Prepare basic menu items and maintain a well-stocked store.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
5. Supervise and manage a team of 15 to 50 employees, including scheduling and training.
6. Role model exceptional customer service and product handling.
7. Implement marketing initiatives to promote the store in the local community.
8. Supervise the implementation of store policies and procedures.
9. Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
10. Accurately report on financial performance monthly.
11. Maintain equipment and ensure safe operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic financial principles.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
