Accounts Payable Clerk Needed:
Permanent Monday -Friday 8-5 @ $19.00-$20.00 per hour plus full benefits package including health/dental, Paid Time Off, retirement and other perks.
The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk job requirement
- 2+ years of recent hands on experience with Accounts Payables
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Business to Business communication skills
The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk position responsibilities:
- Process all AP and research if PO and Invoice do not match
- High volume AP processing daily
- Work to ensure all discounts for prompt payment are met.
This position requires a background check, drug test, skills assessments and reference checks.
