Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family

We have a galley kitchen, and front room / dining room combo, with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms off of that ( the kids rooms ) which may or may not be on the docket for cleaning. Then up a couple of steps we have a large family room and home office area with vaulted ceiling which has a master bedroom and on suite 3/4 bath as well as a small walk in closet. We have 2 pets, a dog and a cat, and 2 kids. Both parents work from home most days and one of the kids (teenager) is online schooled from home so the house is never really empty. We need a deep clean and then we're looking at maintenance help after that. Also might need help organizing all our stuff.
