Job Title: Sector Sizer Inspector

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18
Shift: 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

What’s the Job?

• inspect products from components produced internally by 3 to 8 machine operators
• Must follow quality control instructions and process control charts
• May use the following gauges: bore gauge, snap gauge, O.D. and depth microscopes, scale dial vernier, height vernier, dial and digital indicators, radius gages, protractor, thread gage, plug gage, surface plates, special checking fixtures, and various gauging specific to our product lines 

What’s Needed?

• Knowledge of shop mathematics, i.e. decimals and fractions; Mechanical tools and measuring equipment including: shop rule, micrometers and indicators
• Ability to read and understand machine blue prints and GD+T symbols
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, reach frequently throughout the workday
