Title: UX Designer w/ Figma Location: Plano, TX Hybrid Contract Length: 12+ Months Job ref# 234756 **UX Designers, please include a link to your portfolio at the top of resume for submittal.** Job Description: As a UX (user experience) designer, you would be working remotely, responsible for improving the user's experience of insurance products on Mobile Web and Apps and Desktop by making them easier to use, using human-centered design practices. You’ll conduct unmoderated user research using prototypes designed in Figma, defining goals, success measures and synthesizing the results to report insights and recommendations to design and business teams. After collaborating with your team and internal clients to determine design requirements and business goals, you’ll present designs of your work to your team and internal clients. You proficiently articulate sound design rationale, influencing both coworkers and leaders to adopt your solutions. This is because you have an aptitude for interpreting strategic direction into coherent and effectively designed experiences. Top three skills in order of importance and number of years of experience for each skill. • Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD), using components, creating designs and prototypes.
