- As a Social Media Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop US social media strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and demand among end users.
- Accountable for planning, executing, and reporting on US social media campaign initiatives, including management of monthly content calendar, in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Provide social community management supporting daily customer care activities in partnership with the community moderation agency across all active platforms and customer review websites for one of our healthcare brands, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more for the US market
- Demonstrate the ability to pivot and deliver data to meet optimization and reporting needs for campaign delivery proficiently and accurately.
- Drive campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and shifting resources to top performing campaign elements
- Proactively identify & investigate new opportunities within social media industry to enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with broader Communication team members and agency partners to develop engaging, impactful/disruptive, and relevant creative while ensuring assets are digitally optimized across all relevant platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- One (1) year of Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- One (1) year of social media community engagement experience, which may include social media advertising experience for ad agency, consumer brand, or marketing forward B2B brand
- Skilled user of content management and social publishing platforms, such as Khoros, Sprinklr, or Sprout
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Results oriented – successful experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics to manage programs in order to drive revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
