We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to play a key role in our client's expanding company construction and home energy company.
Position Overview: As an Operations Manager, you will join the Leadership Team and be instrumental in driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring financial success. We are looking for a strategic-minded individual with extensive experience in operations management and profit and loss responsibility, preferably within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to establish business development, sales, operational, and financial goals.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable projects and initiatives.
- Establish and analyze operational and financial performance metrics, implementing necessary measures for improvement.
- Manage profit and loss through effective budgeting, resource allocation, and performance review.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate business unit operations to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for operational optimization and financial maximization.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and develop key team leaders and members, providing support and coaching as needed.
- Oversee installation schedules and ensure job quality and accuracy.
- Travel to job sites and business unit locations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a general management role with P&L and operations management responsibility, preferably in construction.
- 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
