Experienced Cake Decorator

We are looking for a talented cake decorator with a great attitude to join our decorating group in South Austin, TX. The successful candidate will need the following.

Experience and Skill level (Advanced level only, NO beginners):

· Experience working with buttercream (we do not use fondant)

· Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions

· Experience with piping, cake combs, airbrush, drawing and calligraphy with buttercream

· Experience stacking cakes and base coating

· Ability to design and create images, flowers and other designs with buttercream

· Ability to mix and match custom colors

· Ability to work independently as well as with others within the company

· Ability to work and maintain an organized work area with high volumes on occasion.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Occasional Saturdays during busy season

Saturday and Sunday OFF
