Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift
Contract To Hire
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Monday through Friday

Company is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Trainee to join their team and company.
Individual must be highly motivated and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Products and systems are very learnable for a motivated individual, and Company is very open to teaching someone who applies training and treats the accounts with respect. Good organizational and communication skills are a must – with a high need to retain information efficiently. The company has a highly experienced, kind, and outgoing Sales team willing to take someone under their wing. Respecting their time and their clients are critical. Must be comfortable learning technical knowledge about manufacturing principles, rubber products, and have a desire to become an expert in the space.
The Customer Service Rep will be assigned a group of existing, new, and future accounts. Will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and developing the account alongside a corresponding outside salesperson. Will perform duties such as order entry, order tracking, pricing inquiries, new product quotes, product availability, and general customer service supports. Individual will receive and process purchase orders via email, EDI (electronic data interchange), customer portal, and by phone. Will enter and confirm orders into Global Shop (ERP system). Individual will work closely with Production, Shipping, and Quality Managers to ensure orders are being fulfilled on time and accurately. Will be the customers “go to” and look to predict needs based on order pattern/frequency. Individual will share in general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and general admin duties. Ideally, individual will have interest in becoming a salaried sales person with an assigned territory.
Full benefits are available after 90 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurances. Additional benefits include incentive pay/bonuses, accrued PTO time, paid holidays, and sick time.
