What You’ll Do as a CNA:
Aid in daily living activities for all long-term care residents and post-acute patients.
Provide assistance to licensed nurses and therapy team, ensuring top care is given to those we serve.
Ensuring patient supplies are available for patient care.
Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best care to all residents according to their care plan needs.
What You’ll Need:
Active and valid CNA license in the state of Colorado.
