Communication Corners and More, located in Wesley Chaple, Florida, is searching for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Assistant looking to make a difference.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:

  • Florida Speech Therapy License.
  • Pediatric therapy experience.
  • Be willing to participate in Florida Early Steps.
  • Have a passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families.
  • Have a steadfast commitment to ongoing growth and learning.
  • Use your communication skills and personality to connect with children and their families effortlessly.

THERAPIST SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Thursday from 1 pm to 6:30 pm and Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

A Day in the Life of Our Therapists:

As a Speech Therapist, you will provide quality services to a caseload of children from birth to 21 years old. Our therapists will work with kids with a broad spectrum of abilities. This would include setting up equipment, organizing paperwork, and organizing fun activities to help get the most out of your treatments. Along with reviewing patient files and schedules, evaluating and treating new and current patients, creating and revising intervention plans, collaborating with patients' families and other professionals, attending weekly staff meetings, and utilizing point-of-service documentation to decrease paperwork time.
