Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a high volume of inbound calls regarding class action settlements.

· Collaborate with customers to resolve issues effectively.

· Maintain accurate records by transcribing call information into our system.

· Assist in troubleshooting data irregularities and providing timely callbacks.

· Ensure high accuracy while efficiently resolving calls and digitizing hard copy documents.

· Provide invoicing support as needed.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Successful completion of a background check prior to starting

· Excellent attendance record along with being prompt and professional.

· Adherence to confidentiality policies.

· Candidates should exhibit dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

· Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
