Receptionist/Secretary

A leading company specializing in bookkeeping, consulting, outsourcing, payroll, and business services is looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent administrative skills and is proficient with office management software and practices. Demonstrating professionalism, the new team member will drive business excellence by prioritizing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and promoting clear communication. Salary: $16-20/hr Location: Kingwood, TX Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities: Answer phones, screen calls, and direct calls. Greet clients (ask them to complete a client form and make them comfortable in the conference room). Organize and scan any new data received from a client and prepare their client pick up folder. Create a new digital client file for 3 different systems. Maintain a client management system. Manage calendar and make appointments. Respond to new client inquiries. Manage office supplies. Accept payments. Make bank deposits. Get tax returns ready for client pick up. Assist clients with signing tax returns. Use the postage machine. Get certified mail ready. Pick up the mail (within the building). Drop off the mail (within the building). Send copies of tax returns to clients securely.
