Requirements
We are hiring for a Housekeeping Supervisor for an upscale resort/hotel on the North side of Indianapolis. In addition to providing a clean environment for guests and clients, the housekeeping supervisor will be responsible for assigning tasks, leading a team in meeting goals according to company standards. This position requires communication with a wide variety of management, staff, customers and contractors - making fluency in English and Spanish vital to success in this role.
MUST be bilingual
MUST have prior work experience in Hotel Housekeeping in a supervisory position
MUST be able to pass a 9 panel drug test.
MUST be able to pass a nationwide background check.
MUST be able to read a housekeeping board.
MUST be willing to work with a positive attitude.
MUST have reliable transportation 24/7
This is a HOTEL Housekeeping position - Janitorial for office parks, warehouses, or personal housekeeping is not considered relevant work experience and will not be considered.
