-Exchange installation, configuration, application integration and deployment.

-Day-to-day production support of the Exchange environment supporting multiple businesses.

-Day-to-day maintenance activities such as patches, disk adds, and operational checkouts.

-Technical lead capable of troubleshooting and diagnosing problems experienced by end users.

-Regular off-hours work to support system maintenance, incident, and break/fix response including on-call rotation.

-Participation in capacity and volume forecasting activities designed to ensure system resource availability at all times.

-Participation in planning activities related to upgrades, systems architecture, service expansion, and migration planning, as Exchange subject-matter expert.

-Performs and/or makes recommendations for optimizing system performance, operational reporting, and end-user experience

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years active experience managing and supporting an Exchange 2003/2010 environment greater than 10 servers.

-Knowledge and practical experience application and user on-boarding into Exchange.

-1-3 three years of experience in Windows systems administration

-General working knowledge and practical experience with: Networking (LAN/WAN), Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, Site Minder, MS minimum security baseline configuration, IIS installation, FTP etc

-Familiarity with Windows command line utilities and scripting (VB, WMI, PowerShell).

-Familiarity SQL Server strongly preferred.

-Familiarity with support of Mobile environment a plus.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
