PURPOSE/OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
- Responsible for collector ' s incentive calculations and reports
- Assist in reconciliations, variance analysis and billing audit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for creation and distribution of collection reports:
- Audit accounts to ensure accuracy of the reports
- Create and distribute weekly collection reports to each collector ~29
- Resolve disputes from collectors
- Calculate collectors incentives on a monthly basis
Assist in resolution of discrepancies by working with Sr Analyst of Revenue Assurance:
- National Sales and Regional billing systems
- Commercial billing systems and active services in the network
- Contract and billing Systems
Maintain database of discrepancies and create weekly reports of resolutions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ YEARS OF MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5+ years ' experience in finance, accounting or billing
- Excellent computer skills including excel
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Must have good verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with team members to meet critical deadlines
- Highly motivated individual with superior attention to detail
- Ability to interact and provide excellent customer service to internal customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ YEARS OF MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Understanding of salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Knowledge of billing systems
- Knowledge of cable industry and cable products preferred
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/ AND OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor ' s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent training, education and experience
