Sr Administrative Assistant, Legal (Hartford, CT)

This position will provide administrative support for the Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Department.
Position responsibilities include: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars, setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance and onboarding.

Requirements

High school education required, college coursework preferred.
5 years administrative experience (preferably with 2 years support in a legal setting).
Visio skills preferred
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Concur (able to make travel arrangements and submit expense reports)
MS Word, Excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint database management experience
Experience in calendaring and WebEx conference calls.
Strong oral and written communication skills, professionalism and degree of confidentiality.
