Customer Service/InsideSales - Direct Hire
A company in Cumming islooking for an experienced customer service / inside sales representative toassist their customers. Due to thenature of the job, they desire someone highly experienced with at least 2 yearsof previous experience in a fast-paced, inbound phone environment.
You will be completingorders both through phone and fax so strong data entry skills are required. You must be able to type proficiently, havegood computer skills and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume inbound phone calls
- Assist customer in selection of products
- Ability to accurately give quotes
- Accurate and fast order entry
- Maintain communication with customers both in tracking and follow-up
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced inbound phone order environment
- Accurate typing and data-entry with a minimum of 35 wpm
- Strong computer skills (Windows environment)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Ability to multi-task as well work independently
