Risk Management Intern - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates for this fall part-time internship must be a junior, senior or college graduate up to 24 months post-graduation with a major in Management Information Systems or Computer Information Systems.

The Risk Management intern will work directly with the Risk staff manager on a small group of projects and project tasks. The main project will be to work on the Peak Season – Portable Work Project as the risk team representative. The candidate will work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop project risk profiles and mitigation plans.

The documentation will include learnings from implementing the project from beginning through completion. The candidate should possess good analytical abilities and will take guidance from the Risk staff manager. The intern must have good interpersonal skills to work across various groups (operations, strategy, PMO, training, and others).

The candidate will be provided opportunities to present his/her findings to senior managers at various project stage-gates.

Requirements:

• Educational Status: Junior, senior or college graduate up to 24 months post-graduation with a major in MIS, CIS or a related field.
• Project management knowledge preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Access and Excel skills
