Key Responsibilities include:
* Assisting guests and visitors and responding to all inquiries regarding the community
* Performing administrative support tasks, including answering phones and recording/routing messages to appropriate persons
* Maintaining clean common areas of the community
* Securing environment for all residents and associates within the building and on community grounds
We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* One (1) year of related office experience
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to multi-task
* Strong computer stills a plus
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
