We're growing and looking for an experienced Account Manager (Recruiter) forour team in East Hartford, CT.

Job Summary
The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible fordelivering high quality service to customers and temporary employees by matchingtheir skills to our customer’s needs. Through developing and maintainingrelationships with both clients and applicants (CoWorkers) the AAM should havemastered an understanding of the Staffing Industry. Solid Customer Serviceskills are a must for this position. As a AAM the employee is responsible forsupporting the overall mission of maintaining a focus on compliance, efficiencyand quality (3 Keys).

Essential Job Functions
1. Employee Recruitment
a.Recruit applicants through internet job board postings; resume search engines,print advertising, referrals, and centers of influence.
b. Determine if an applicant is eligible for hire using the 5 Phases ApplicantScreening Process.
i. Prescreen applicants by using the CoWorxPrehire Questionnaire.
ii. Interview professional andindustrial personnel in varied job categories. Evaluate personal andprofessional abilities and characteristics.
iii. Facilitate theSafety Orientation.
iv. Perform Skill Evaluations based on theapplicant’s skill set.
v. Obtain Reference information from aprevious employer.
c. Build an inventory of qualified potentialemployees to fulfill current and projected customer needs.

2. Employee Relations
a. Conduct employee orientations and/oronboarding programs for specific clients.
b. Manage the attendance,promotions, salary reviews, terminations and salary increases for theemployees.
c. Process payroll; Work with the Client Servicesdepartment to resolve any payroll issues.
d. Address complaints andproblems from employees and insure that all parties are satisfied with theresults.

3. Client Management
a. Fulfill client staffing needs throughactive management of open orders.
b. Review applicants for openassignments; Present applicants to clients.
c. Conduct Arrival andQuality Calls on working employees.
d. Address complaints andproblems from clients and insure all parties are satisfied with the results.

4. Administration
a. Active participation in the branch Talx /UE process including but not limited to; Assignment offers, Refusal of workdocumentation, UE audit calls, Attending protests and phone hearings, reassigncandidates, etc.
b. Basic understanding and maintenance of allsafety and workers compensation programs and policies in place.

Periodic travel within the local market; including client visits,Unemployment hearings, job fairs, etc.; Ability to work flexible hours outsideof the normally scheduled work week when the need arises.

Position Accountabilities
1. Recruitment
a. Interview aminimum of 10 new applicants per week.
b. Enter all newapplications into database within 3 days of interview.

2. Quality
a. Maintain a defect ratio not to exceed 15% forLight Industrial and 10% for Non Light Industrial.
b. Properdocumentation on all reasons for separation entered into ATS within 24 hours ofseparation.

3. Efficiency
a. Ensure strong database management bymaintaining "Last Calls' to b. Manage scheduled workingemployees by maintaining "No Check' to 0%.
c. Achieve a 90% fillratio with all client assignments.

4. Compliance
a. Achieve and maintain "I9 Exp.' To0%.
b. Achieve and maintain "No I9' to c. Achieve and maintain 'No Ref' to less than 10%.

5. Unemployment
a. Maintain a 95% on monthly audit scores.

6. Client Development
a. Develop relationships with key decisionmakers (demonstrates strong "Farming Skills').
b. Knowledge ofcompetition, services, rates and clients.

7. Client Satisfaction
a. Client is satisfied with the level ofservice delivered.

Minimum Requirements
1. Employees preferably should posses a BS or BAdegree.
2. One year experience as a Staffing Assistant or equivalent staffingindustry role.
3. A proven focus on customer relationships.
4. The abilityto read, analyze and interpret general business reports, professional journals,technical procedures or government regulations.
5. Ability to use a computer,with a general understanding of Microsoft Office products including, MS Word, MSExcel and MS Outlook.
