CNC Lathe Machinist (1st Shift or 2nd shift)

Will be machining spherical and cylindrical bearings, mechanical seals, gears and other components for the aerospace industry.
- Performing complex setups, edits and operation of a variety of CNC machinery to include Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL), Mori Seiki NTX lathes, various other lathes and turn/mills
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
- Machining exotic metals including inconel, titanium, hard steel
- Working to tight tolerances (+/-.0005)
- Must have knowledge of G&M codes to perform editing and possibly light programming (using Fanuc controls)
- Performing first article inspections on parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc

1st shift:

4am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Must be willing to work a few saturdays a month 8 hours starting at 4am.

2nd shift:

3:30pm to 3am Monday - Friday

Must be willing to work a few saturdays a month 8 hours starting at 1pm.
