9:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
$15 an hour

Job Qualifications
2-3 years in an administrative role
Event planning experience
Experience answering the phones and transferring to the correct department
Ability to scan, file, fax, and upload documentation
Job Responsibilities
Answering phones and transferring to departments
Assist project managers with day to day activities
Scheduled an coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other activities
Prepare business correspondence, using Microsoft Office
Manage files
Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
