About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Manufacturing Customer Service Rep.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
* More than 5 years successful experience in manufacturing customer service
* Strong Data entry
* Truck scheduling
* Scheduling appointments with customers/carriers
* Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures and routes
* Understanding Customer paperwork - BOL's, customers docs and/or any other special requirement for orders
* Other duties as assigned
* Takes direction well
* Work well with others
* Problem-solving and trouble-shooting
* Possess solid computer skills
* Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, Outlook
* A team player, acknowledged as "total Quality Customer Service Professional"
